How Americans Make More Money

A Conscious Call to Earth-Centered Abundance

American dream house

As entrepreneurs, change-makers, and visionaries walking paths of personal growth, healing, and spirituality, we have a unique opportunity to redefine what wealth means. For too long, society has tied wealth to material things like big houses, luxury cars, and overflowing bank accounts. But this limited view misses the true richness of a life connected to purpose, relationships, and conscious living.

It’s time to see how we desire to make more money differently—as something that values relationships, authenticity, peace, and compassionate action. This isn’t just about personal growth; it’s about setting an example and building a more balanced world.

Rethinking the Meaning of Wealth

Real wealth isn’t about what you own but about how deeply you connect: with people, your true self, and the planet. Relationships—whether personal, professional, or community-based—are the heart of any meaningful effort. They drive collaboration, strengthen impact, and remind us of our shared humanity.

At the same time, authenticity—living true to your values and who you really are—is a kind of wealth that money can’t buy. It’s the foundation for creating a life and work that matter. Paired with authenticity, taking consistent action and showing up confidently become the engines that turn dreams into reality. By shifting the focus of wealth away from greed and toward harmony, we can ask ourselves a transformative question: “How can my success help others?”

Relationships as a Measure of Success

As leaders and creators, our relationships shape the quality of our work and the reach of our vision. Real connections support us in tough times, elevate our successes, and foster a shared sense of purpose.

What if we measured wealth by the strength of our relationships instead of the size of our bank accounts? This shift would focus on working together instead of competing, caring instead of exploiting, and building community instead of isolation. It would empower us to create solutions that benefit everyone, not just a few.

Authenticity and Action as Pathways to Success

While material wealth can bring comfort, it can’t meet the deeper need for purpose and alignment. As spiritual entrepreneurs and healers, we know that true abundance comes from living in truth and staying connected to our real selves.

It’s about creating with honesty and showing others what’s possible.

However, authenticity alone isn’t enough. Success requires action—consistent, aligned, and intentional. It means showing up with confidence even when doubts creep in and staying committed when challenges arise. Taking steps forward, no matter how small, builds momentum and turns ideas into tangible results. By coupling authenticity with action, we create a kind of wealth that endures and inspires.

Living in Peace with the Earth

The current way we think about wealth has harmed the Earth. Chasing profits at any cost has led to environmental damage, social inequalities, and disconnection from nature. As changemakers, we’re called to lead with care for the planet. True wealth comes from balance—restoring instead of destroying, sharing instead of hoarding, and respecting the natural systems that sustain us.

An Earth-centered view of wealth looks beyond short-term gains. It challenges us to ask how our work can heal rather than harm, lift others up rather than exploit, and leave the planet better than we found it.

A New Kind of Wealth

Reimagining wealth takes a shift in perspective, especially for those of us who look deeper into life’s purpose. It means seeing success not as piling up material things but as building relationships, living authentically, taking bold action, and creating harmony with the planet.

When we align our goals with connection, truth, and integrity, we show a kind of wealth that’s sustainable, ethical, and deeply rewarding. This is the kind of wealth that feeds the soul, empowers communities, and helps heal the Earth.

Let’s, as entrepreneurs, change-makers, and visionaries, take the lead in redefining wealth. Together, we can create a legacy that reflects our best selves and inspires others to do the same.
